It probably would have been a much nicer building if this building was like 20 stories instead of 50. That would allow the sun to shine down all of the way into the inner circle. Cool video and building. Thanks for posting CIA

That balcony makes things so much worse somehow. Like "here ya go. Here is your little scrap of concrete to escape your horrible apartments for a few glorious seconds. If you are really lucky you may see some daylight.
