I don't know what height to give this one. The churches website says the the concrete "legs" are 255 fee tall, though the tower is topped with a 30-foot tall stainless still cross. We don't seem to have an answer as to how tall the actual central tower is, though. Is Stamford covered on Google Earth 3D? Wiki does have the 260-foot height, but with no citation and we don't know if that includes the stainless still cross spire or not.

If you can find a definitive answer for this one, I'd suggest sending the church an email as I'm sure they'd be able to answer your question:

info@fishchurch.org

Try it and see what you get back from them.

Yeah, I noticed that too. My best guess is that the cross on top is definitely less than 30 ft tall, but it could be five feet tall, with the "tower" being 255 ft tall and the cross making up the last five feet for 260 ft in total. The building is in Google Earth, and the legs are only about 160 ft there, with the central pillar rising up to 260 ft.
