Family Friendly Farewell to Winter Party

Spring will soon be sprung and The Foundry Real Estate Co. has a celebration planned. They are tieing into Winter City Strategy’s Farewell to Winter Patio weekend and throwing a party. Jump into a new spring time tradition with your family and spend your day with your little ones at the Farewell to Winter Patio – Street Party Edition. The best part, it’s free!! The second best part, the Foundry is a dog friendly company and they want you to spend the day with your whole family, so bring along your favorite furry friend.
You and your kids will have a blast taking part in all the free activities like:
Bouncy castle
Live music
S’more cooking over our outdoor fire pits
Wagon rides
Free hot chocolate and doughnuts (from Moonshine Doughnuts may we add)
EPL colouring & story stop
And much more
Once you’re done with all the street fun, have a seat on the Sherlock Holmes family friendly patio. It’s a day of fun for the whole family to enjoy all day long.

Rice Howard Way - Street Party

The Foundry Real Estate Co. is hosting a legendary Farewell to Winter Party, Saturday April 2 on the streets of Rice Howard Way. Here is everything you need to know to get yourself (and your dog) on the street.
*FOOD*
All the patios are open and will be serving full menus all day long. So do come with a big appetite. If you’re pallet lies on the sweet side, we will have you covered; giving away the famous locally made Moonshine Doughnuts.
*DRINKS*
Cocktail specials will be available all day long. Sherlock Holmes, Craft Beer Market and Hundred Bar and Kitchen will have extra room on their patios, so you can kick back, relax and listen to some great music.
*MUSIC*
Chvrch of John will be gracing us with their presence, with a killer curated music line up from 11am - 7pm. Check it out and plan your day.

Wow hope I can make it early to this! Sounds like it will be quite the party. Stupid quarter end might have me working the Saturday though

Fantastic day so far, tons of families, dogs, people, great music. We need to do this more often.
