The first 6 floors are close to being up.

They should be starting the second section of the building shortly that covers floors 7 to 14 (no 13th) that have the large covered terraces (around 850 sq. ft.) on the west side next to Port de Plaisance.

These units are one of a kind with close to 75 linear ft. of 9 ft. high continuous floor to ceiling glass. The edge of the terrace is close to 100 linear ft.

WOW !!! - To my knowledge, there are no other condo units that can match these in the area.

Correct no floor 13. Oh well!

So the two Penthouses are on floor 19 and the fabulous terrace on floor 20 ....actually the 19th level.

Sometimes I cringe at the stupidity of some poeple for believing in such nonsense.

As for the building, those condos facing the Ottawa river will be worth a pretty penny. Jacques-Cartier Park isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

Agree but I also believe the units facing north west will offer great views of the city at night and a wonderfull sunset over the Gatineau Hills.

True.

The two high rises I've lived in gave me great views of the city. It helps when your unit doesn't face another tower. I had a good views of sunsets and fireworks from both places.

I pity the residents living between those two construction sites, especially that the contractor of the viu is allowed to do work by nights.

Looking good, and I like the way 260 Maisonneuve is adding to the skyline in the part of town too. With these, and all of the other buildings going up, the area is starting to look less "shabby", if that's the correct narrative...

Not a bad sized building at all...it'll be interesting to see it when topped off, as well as finished.
