These two buildings are repeated. And the official name for the project in the Architect webpage is "Torre Valle Oriente" so the second one should stay.

I used the blueprints for the estimation. Giving 4.2 meters floor to floor height for the office/retail floors (19 fl), and 3.7 meters floor to floor height for the residential ones (18 fl). Aswell as 7 meters floor to floor height for the lobby, penthouses and amenities floors (4 in total).
And there are 2 floors for parking so that should be another 3.2 meters per floor. And the spire that ads up to 1 extra floor.
So it's 79.8m+66.6m+28m+6.4m+4.2m = 185m aprox.
