At least Penn's newest hospital and Penn Healthcare tower are pretty much given at this point, along with 3665 Market. The CCP project on 15th and Hamilton is also very likely to happen since residential housing is part of its new marketing mix to attract new students. I'm also bullish on View II, 1300 Fairmount, and Blue Horizon Tower considering that the Cecil B. Moore/Templetown submarket doesn't currently have anything like BH. We should also hear about the first Schuylkill Yards towers since there has been interest in the project expressed (according to several tiny snippets in multiple news stories).
If it doesn't happen during this cycle, I'm expecting to see 3400 Market and Riverwalk break ground during the next boom cycle. I'm not sure what to think of 1201 Vine or the proposed towers on top of The Gallery anymore (I REFUSE to call it FOP).
