Most Beautiful Cladding I've Ever Seen

I stumbled across this development in Panama City called "Oceania Business Plaza" (yeah, I'm guessing Orwell isn't widely read in Panama), and one of the buildings in it has THE MOST BEAUTIFUL cladding I've ever seen. I don't know much about the names of colors, so the best I can do is call it "Ocean Blue."

Scroll down to the second-to-last image in this SSC post, and you'll immediately know what I'm talking about:

It looks less stunning (in fact, downright awful) from other angles and distances shown, and the glass probably isn't a very high quality in this project, but if glass could be made to look like it does in this particular image from as many distances and angles, and under as many lighting conditions as possible, it would be an essential element of my theoretical Perfect Tower. This exact shade, only with a higher quality glass.
