This project is getting very little coverage. Here's the site today:

Salt and Maddox rising.

Salt as part of skyline as seen from Lighthouse Park (West Vancouver) on a warm (and thus blurry) afternoon:

It's ashame the podium wasn't higher so it would hide the blank brick wall of the building next door.

Is it going to be taller than Maddox? (both are the same distance away in the shot - at Drake)

You can see the framed box towards the top.

One more floor, then the mechanical penthouse.

I don't think this angle has been posted before, from Burrard and Pacific. Overall I'm finding it to be a pleasant little filler tower.

Taken by me, yesterday:

Not posted before, but I have been admiring it from that angle. It is a nice filler once Burrard Gateway materialized next door.

I like Salt better than Maddox. Maddox looks so skinny from some angles where as Salt is well-portioned.

I like how Salt is turning out to be. Much better than Maddox, which in my opinion fails to deliver on the promised. Few cell phone photos from yesterday.

Looks cool when crossing the Burrard Bridge.
Brings the sense of downtown density more into the foreground, somehow.

And Burrard Gateway is planned for just to the left of Salt from that view, with that round tower on the Quality Inn site to the right (though I haven't heard anything about that recently)
