No it's not.
Steel for floor 105 isn't up yet. After 105 is completed, parapet steel must go in.

I thought the core beams were at 104M the last few weeks.Did the last steel decking to be put down go on 104M or 104 then? I guess from what you said Carlos and the pictures you posted they were at the roof level or 1,334' all this time. There has been No height change today with the beams only being installed.

1WTC might be unofficially topped out (although I haven't heard that), but it certainly has not officially topped out yet. There would be a ceremony for that. By the way, when IS the official topping out finally going to happen? Anyone know when the ceremony will be?

We're not really TO until that parapet glass reaches its final height.

One thing people forget at times is that the Port Authority is saying this tower has 104 floors so since the 104th floor was completed they will say it's topped out. It reminds me of how back in December 2010 when the tower was at 52 stories they said it was halfway done so I guess they're counting the 104th floor as being topped out. They'll probably have a ceremony when the Tower hits 105 or the parapet and the final beam that was signed will be placed.

Yeah, because ceromonies are held when it hits the last floor.104 is the floor where we're likely at,but we'll have to see.
