GM Building Plant in San Antonio?

Rumor has it, a very strong rumor, that GM is very serious about building a plant somewhere in San Antonio. Anyone else heard this rumor? Also, am I allowed to create a thread that is about a rumor?

According to Mike Hermes, who was on KTSA Friday, GM is in a serious search to find a parcel of land in SA for a new manufacturing plant. GM is in deep ****, true, but the reason they want to move to SA is to solve one of their major problems, labor. There are no labor unions here.
