Interesting to see a pickup truck with Ellis Don logo parked here. Could they have been contracted to build this project or just a portion of it?

Massive amount of steel rebar for the north tower floating slab now in place. Could see the concrete pour by end of this week. Might see a number of concrete pump trucks and a parade of concrete trucks very soon.

Not only do I like the project but I like the location as well.

Lovely spot along the Thames and it will act as a real impetus for other SOHO developments. I have always like the area but it is a diamond in the rough but all it takes is one major development to jump in and the rest will follow.

I can agree, I am a big fan of this project and I really hope it kickstarts other developments in the area. There are a lot of empty/underused lots in SOHO and it'll be nice to see them fill up with towers.

run of the mill design but sure beats an empty lot and/or abandoned buildings

Work continues on the steel rebar for north tower floating raft slab. Also forming and steel going in for other parts of the foundations. A lot of concrete is going to be poured here in the near future.

Looks like the floating slab footing is now poured under the north tower. Some more of the L2 walls were being poured today under the south tower. Should see progress now on L2 wall steel rebar and forming across the site over the next month.

Good progress on the north side L2 wall with most of it now poured. No progress on the L2 elevator shaft core for the north tower thou. Appear to be prepping for some L2 slab pours along east side of pit which is prerequisite for forming of L1 slab. They will likely take the entire summer to complete the 2 levels of underground parking to reach the ground level slab pour.

Now forming the L1 slab around the north tower elevator/stairwell shaft core. Preparing the L2 level along east wall of pit for a slab pour with steel rebar being installed. Still have the dirt ramp in SW corner which will need to be excavated out eventually to complete the underground levels. Believe the parking ramp entrance will be on the west side so the L2 to L1 ramp will also be on that side of the pit. The L1 slab steel rebar under the south tower looks complete and ready for a big pour.

Have now poured the L1 slab in the NW corner of pit. Forming for the remainder of the L1 slab along north side continues. Forming of L1 walls and posts and elevator shaft under the south tower is well underway now. Appear to be working on the L2 to L1 ramp in center of pit as well.

Have now poured the remainder of the North side L1 slab and the L2 to L1 parking ramp. Forming and pouring more of the footings in between the tower towers as they slowly work their way to the SW corner of the pit.

Another section of the L1 slab is poured on the east side of pit. Now forming for L1 walls along the north wall. L1 slab around the north tower elevator shaft now started. Still need to excavate the SW corner of pit where the dirt ramp is to finish the underground levels.
