Interesting set. The river rises beautifully from afar. bleh, those utility poles need to go asap

they most likey will remove those lines and place them in has buried service once the telephone and cable room is ready they will start cutting though all the f2 pairs into the phone room they may even put in fiber as well since sasktel is switching over to fiber for there residential services

I like the utility poles. It adds to the connectivity of the urban landscape. Something that we seem to cover up nowadays. But then again that may just be me since I am big into photography and sometimes the lines add to a good photo haha.

that kind of exposed utility also comes to mind when i think of west queen west/parkdale, or my favourite alleys anywhere.
... Why would you want to add to that? Are you aware of which forum you're on? haha

Let's try this again:

A lot of the pictures are not skyline pictures per-say. Please no comments about the girl in the one. That is my girlfriend, so nothing negative or positive please.

Nice set chrisallard5454. The length of the skyline is impressive. A few more high rise clusters and it could pass for Edmonton (there is a great photo floating around here with a similar perspective).

Thanks everyone. I don't really consider myself to be a photographer. But the shots are there when the opportunity calls for it. The one with the field is the kilcona dog park. I love that park, I know there is a hill there but it has a gorgeous prairie landscape.

i came across this regina gem from way back:

Wow...very nice...my sister was shocked when she drove to Calgary last weekend, she didn't realize how crazy Regina's skyline is for a city its size. From that angle, it looks comparable to the Winnipeg pic viking posted!

Here are some more.

I don't Know if it is just me but this street is just gorgeous. The way it curves, it kind of makes me think of a European town.

Wider shot.

I know some of them aren't skyline shots, but I don't know where the photo page is.
