Walked to the Giants game on Sunday and took a few picture of The Infinity. The little courtyard area is surprisingly dark and cramped, in my view. But it is a pretty complex.

Nice shots, JAC. The courtyard does feel a little crowded. On the other hand, it gives you different areas in which you can feel a little less exposed. By creating the different levels and those large round planting areas, it's almost like there are different little outdoor rooms.

Any signs we aren't going to have to wait for the recession to end to see some of the retail occupied?

Just the one I posted on the previous page about the liquor license request. I believe that is for the restaurant the Boulevard gang is supposed to open here.

Otherwise, I don't know. There's already the vacant Sharper Image space across the street, so space isn't exactly a premium.

Update: the restaurant will be called Prospect. There are signs up along Folsom and Spear:

JAC inspired me to take another look around the courtyard as it's been awhile.

There's a bit of public art partially hidden away in one corner:

This development is basically complete. It should probably be moved to the Completed Buildings section. Same goes for Millennium/301 Mission and One Rincon Hill (Tower One).

Very nice project. The courtyard space is very nice, just an awkward design with the obtrusive mounds, make it feel small. Less is more....

I took a look at the courtyard a few days ago and really like the design of it. In a few years after the trees have grown a bit it will be a great little spot.
