As you can see, the concrete floors are almost completely poured for the Commons, and I believe they are pouring floor 7 or 8 on the tower, currently .

I'm so glad to see Milwaukee renewed and revitalized. It's such a great town...they could stand to improve their nightlife scene a bit though, in my opinion.

NML 2nd Tower

Lots of heavy equipment on site for NML's second tower (residential, 33 stories). Demo looks like it should begin soon. The Couture should be following shortly. That will be a 32, 33, and 44 story tower all under construction at the same time within a couple blocks.
