This building fits in very well with its surroundings, and that aerial pic makes it look like the area north of Vine is like a city of its own, like it's a downtown with shorter buildings. That actually looks very good with the more bonafide Center City nearby.

Nice shot!
This perspective has changed a lot.
I'd like to see them plant a lot more trees in this "plaza". An attempt to canopy over these ramp loops.

I hope the city will be taking a strong look at this area, with all the new attention it has and will receive from the new developments.
Perhaps re-evaluate the importance of public spaces and take another look at capping 676. Always hopeful in 2017

WOW! ^^Those Parkway shots are the bomb! Philadelphia looks more beautiful from the sky. It's already picturesque, but that just adds frosting to the cake!

I really like how this one is turning out.

Though I wish they either built it a bit further back or take away one of the lanes on Vine Street. The sidewalks are pencil thin in this area along a road that people race down as a way to avoid the expressway below, myself sometimes guilty.

Really? Unless construction alters it, the pre-construction sidewalk width looks to have been at least 12 ft.

Ok, not as bad as I thought. And we do not know what they will do with the sidewalk considering there were trees there before. I assume they will add back a lane of street parking.

I just look at that corner. That could probably be twice as wide from the construction barrel to the corner of the building.

This one will stand the test of time. This is not the obvious product of any given decade (unless you're looking at the cornerstone).

Does this building have a real cornerstone? I'm pretty sure the Mormon Temple does, and I know the Revolutionary War Museum does, but this is a skyscraper. That may or may not apply.

The north side of Vine sure looks dense for a street that has a highway running through the middle of it!
