This tower was on hold for a while but has now been restarted.

Question

The seismic mitigation budget must be enormous. I'm guessing somewhere between 10% and 20%. The insurance premiums must also be out-sized.

I really like those lowrises. Actually I like the whole project. It's simple and very businesslike. The podium is pretty sweet too.
