Uhhhhh.... I'm sorry but no, this thing is horrible. Comparing it to 110N means you may need your eyes checked.

i don't think anyone thinks it sucks per se. It's just that we've seen so many cookie cutter box buildings like this. That said, i think this one's skin at least looks promising and airy, compared with the darker blue boxes in that area. I'm sure they'll VE that too though for a lovely saran wrap treatment.

I like it.

It reminds me of a super value engineered version of BIG's 2WTC.

Ok...i have a question...if there is some type of major design change..and based on the article that stated construction is supposed to start in second quarter of 2018... How come we haven't seen this design circulating by now..i mean Kruck and sexton still have 130 north Franklin design listed as we have always seen it as does the Tishman site..could they even start construction on a completely different looking building without having to resubmit plans again?..I would of thought they would of updated there sites reflecting the changes by now

While the original design was better, this is still really nice. The four setbacks look great.

I disagree, the setbacks are so tiny and dinky looking they look like accidents. No grace to it

That would be disappointing if true. Tishman Speyer's been doing really good (IMO) with their recent developments. 100 Folsom. Pier 4. The Spiral. 2050 M Street.

This looks better than 50 Hudson Yards and that's a nearly $5billlion tower.

Except it doesn't. At all. The detail on 50 Hudson Yards is about $4.5 billion better than on this.

Sorry, this design is a giant turd. It's basically a glassy apparel center with twice the setbacks for twice the horror.

The design is bland, there's no depth to the cladding materials, the setbacks look like an accident or afterthought, and they couldn't have picked a better color for making the building look like its trying real hard to not be noticeable at all whatsoever.

Compared to the old design, this is literally like going from Lawry's prime rib to $0.99 shrimp night at Cracker Barrel.

If the glazing does actually end up having that gray accenting then I'll like it. Not as good as the original design, but this is a good step forward. Hopefully it gets some tenants now!

Looks to be right around 50 floors still

Do we have any more information on this building because the older, better looking tower is still on their website too. This reminds me a little too much of one of the buildings in WTC complex (which is not a good thing). I do like the trees.
