One thing that is interesting in the listing is only includes 1 parking spot. Almost everyone here seems to be act like guaranteed parking is a necessity, but I wouldn't be surprised if this is occupied by two working adults (San Jose is not a city where people by a pied-a-terre), and it doesn't look like it is affecting the price so badly.
Admittedly the parking garage under the building (open parking), has many open spaces, and demand is not so high, they can only get about $110/mo.
