BoyarMiller, a business and litigation law firm, will move from its current digs on San Felipe Street in River Oaks to One Grove Street, an office building in the future mixed-use development Kirby Grove.

BoyarMiller will move into the Midway Cos. development in January. The firm's headcount stands at 26 attorneys, but BoyarMiller isn't planning a hiring spree once it moves into its 24,500-square-foot space. Instead, it's aiming for "steady, smart" growth and plans on using the new office space in part to recruit clients and legal talent, Hanslik said.

Popular Indian restaurant has found a larger home in new luxury complex

Quote:
of Houston's most popular Indian restaurants will have a new home in 2016. Kiran's is in the final stages of executing a lease that will see the restaurant move to the Kirby Grove development on Richmond. The restaurant's current location at Mid Lane and Westheimer will be redeveloped.

"I am so excited. When the news came that we didn’t have the option to renew our lease, we were concerned," chef/owner Kiran Verma tells CultureMap. "Now when we found such a perfect, beautiful location."

Verma says that her last service at the current location will be on April 9. The new location should open in late July or early August.
