I dont know where to post this since there is no thread for Israel or Gaza but can someone please explain to me why the Palestinians are not entitled to their own nation. Israel got their own homeland and they should certainly understand what it is like to be "homeless". Israel wasnt granted nation status until 1948.

Why cant the palestinians have their own homeland?

I'm completely sympathetic to the Palestinians, but I'm not sure how long this thread will last. Doesn't hurt to try though.

Which section of the Lower Mainland are we going to give to the Palestinians? The section just east of Mission looks like a good spot. Nice and open and will allow them to live off the land.

I am not looking for a discussion or argument in favour or against this but I would like to hear an educated response. I anyone has one please reply by sending a private message. I dont care that this thread will be taken down...I just want to understand.

maybe there is a university Prof or other that can provide me an answer.

What are you talking about? I read articles about it every day and have strong opinions about the subject. Don't start flailing presumptive insults at me because you don't know how to use a message board.

As long as this crazy thread is still open... the Palestinians are the indigeonous people who are being displaced by Jewish immigrants.
