New State Farm complex in Richardson will allow company to grow to 8,000 Dallas-area workers

State Farm Insurance’s new regional office campus in Richardson will allow the Illinois-based company to boost its Dallas-area employment to 8,000 workers.

The buildings open in early 2015.

The mammoth commercial real estate development – already under construction at State Highway 190 and Plano Road – will contain three office towers plus parking garages.

The tallest of the buildings in the 1.5 million square-foot office project will be 21 stories tall.

State Farm starts move to Richardson campus this week

State Farm Insurance will start moving into its huge Richardson campus later this week.

Two years after the project was announced, State Farm start will begin relocating the first of about 8,000 workers into its new regional office campus in the $1.5 billion CityLine complex at Bush Turnpike and Plano Road.
