I thought the core would be moving up faster but it doesn't look like there's much work going on with it.

Seems to be moving pretty fast to me. Looks like the steel framing is going to proceed largely in tandem with the core on this one. Unlike buildings such as CITC, where the core growth far exceeds framing. Different construction cites and buildings warrant different approaches and some comes down to contractor preference as well.

That is correct. The second phase calls for another tower closer to South Street, with later phases adding an additional two (smaller) towers on top of a parking structure for the southern part of the site.
