It'll be great once they develop those horrendous lots along the tracks. It's really too bad that the NMC will have to be directly across the street from such anti-urbanity for probably quite a while.

Mine from Today. The slow down in construction was the change in the layout of the upper floors as you can see on the photo below. (everything above the Doka frame)

I love how tall this one is. Sometimes when I look at it, it still surprises me that this is in Calgary.

I've said it before, but I love this tower more the taller it gets. Not just because of my desire for tall buildings, just that it is looking really nice and slim. The under-use of spandrel is of particular awesomeness as well. I hope that theme continues with the penthouse levels.
