**M e m p h i s**

I had a GREAT time in Memphis. The city has some great bones, culture, and people (I found it to be one of the friendliest cities I've come across).

Fans of A&E's "The First 48" may recognize this building. While visiting, we actually saw Sgt. Mullins (the bald guy with the shaved head) conducting an arrest and investigation along Beale St. (near the FedEx Forum). It was a pretty authentic Memphis experience.

I wasn't expecting to enjoy Graceland as much as I did. It was pretty surreal, and I found its location amongst fast food restaurants, gas stations and run down motels pretty amusing.

Thanks for viewing!

Wonderful tour of an absolutely one-of-a-kind city. Memphis is truly one of my favorite cities in the world.

Tennessee's real city. It's easy to forget that it's in that state and not Mississippi given its isolation from the rest of the population centers in the state.

The Bluff City looks good don't it? Glad you enjoyed your time. You can't find culture like this anywhere else in Tennessee.

I don't think I've ever seen a Memphis tour here. The city looks great. There are some real architectural gems there.

No slouch in the architecture department. I know very little (good) about Memphis but what I see here I like.

Ha, here's one just for you, Yankeebiscuitfan! I didn't get the chance to watch a game, but it looked like a nice park in a nice location just steps from Beale.

Easily one of the greatest cities in the South. These pictures were a delight to look at. Thanks!

People are very warm in Memphis, I still have family down there that I don't visit nearly enough. My mouth is watering right now for BBQ...I think I'm having a withdrawal seizure. I mean we have BBQ here, but Memphis is on a different level...a makes me wanna slap my Momma level.

Lots of great shots; love some of the historic building photos. Speaking of, this is a nice art deco tower on the right but what in gay hell is on the left?!?
