Two Black Sheep

Saw a liquor license application for something called Two Black Sheep located in the old hot pot place beside Gallagher's. They appear to be renovating it now.

Reminds me of downtown London, a university town making its core predominently a bar scene. I hope we are better than that.

EcDev posted a couple pictures of this place on Twitter. It will be an oyster and charcuterie (sp?) bar, and is owned by the same people as Rapscallion.

Should be a great new addition to the restaurant scene. I'm expecting a decent beer menu, from an exchange of tweets with the owner.

That's a great building and the architecture of this restaurant is quite interesting. I like that rustic look.

John South is a tricky one. I have never felt very comfortable on that street - downbound traffic moves awfully fast, two-way or not.

I hope it's a bit nicer than Rapscallion. Good food but they take the casual chic look too far.
