Not for the right tenant who cares about trophy office space. There is very little of that. And the UC buildings are also years from fruition. But, yes, they need that tenant. The location might hurt it. Need a bit of a pioneer, but West Market is only on the other side of City Hall, and East Market is starting to happen from a residential/retail perspective, so those things should help.
