Nice to see it finally start to go up!
I agree with you on the design but for some reason I have a feeling Miami can pull this off.

The CTBUH site has it listed at 98 stories.

Their Website says 100 stories.

The SSP Diagram Page has it listed at 100 stories but here on the Supertall section it says 90 stories for some reason.

Not a lot of activity.

But the shovel seen in my last post moved and I think the pile of dirt in the center got a little smaller.

I wonder what the hold up is.

Well, at least Okan will be a new tallest in the meantime.

No hold up! Just a massive tower that requires time, especially with Florida's soil composition.

UDRB submissions from a few years ago indicate it was 1,036 FT or 92 floors.

The official developer website shows it to be 1,041 FT or 100 floors.

I'd go with the official developer.

The problem with answering that question is that developers skip floors intentionally for inflating floor counts (condo buyers like prestige of being on a higher floor) or superstition (no 13th floor).

I'd go with the official developer.

Sometimes they stretch the floor count or skip some. IIRC the cutaway showed 92.

YIMBY article with a nice photo

Mat yet to be poured but we can look forward to that soon.

A lot of big towers are finally going to be rising in Miami this year and 2025. Things are going to be very exciting.

^^^^

Good things take time! A lot of time! So much time!!!

So slow that it breaks the quantum foam of the universe, that's how much time and how slow... but it will happen, eventually...

Well, we don't want to end up with a tilting skyscraper like in New York, and San Francisco.
