Well, three buildings in that pictures are Landmarks (the diagonal building included). And, about the others, you just have to wait till they appear.

sorry, i dont play simcity, but my friend does. how do you make your map look like the real new york (or its already available in the game)? do you have have to unclock the famous buildings (for example WTC or Chrysler Building) or you just download mods?

The map is already available in the game, but you can download a better map in www.simtropolis.com . The Chrysler Building, the Empire State, and the Central Station are available too in the game. The WTC is a BAT; you can download it in that webpage and the other landmarks too.

Which of these should I download to build the full WTC Complex? When the buildings will be available to build? How to check, that i've installed it properly?

Go here:

http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=4273

Download the BAT and put it in---> My Documents/Simcity 4/Plugins
For some BATs you need the Rush Hour, and by the way, always read the Readme File, because you'll find there which packs of textures do you need to use that BAT.
By the way, that is the Landmark version, you have the Plop version too.
If you have more problems, just post it...
