Me too. I had low expectations for this one, given the rendering but it's pretty decent. It has a nice feel to at at street level.

'less shitty'....that's one way to put it lol. I'm not a big fan of the green glass, but I like the look of the lower part of the building. Also nice that they went went some sort of composite panelling instead of EIFS.
