Have started forming the L1 walls and posts for the south 14s tower. The north 12s tower has started getting the exterior stone and brick installed for the podium base.

Slowly making progress with forming and pouring the L1 walls and posts for the south 14s tower. Working still on the parking garage structure. Have also excavated the foundation for the townhouses that front onto Morgan. Could see footings and foundation forming for these townhouses soon. The north 12s tower has all the windows and balconies installed now. The lobby entrance framing and glass is still being installed.

Have now poured the footings and basement walls for the townhouses that will front Morgan Ave. The L1 walls for the south 14s tower have now been poured. Working on the south end of the parking garage structure L1 level as well.

Old Oak and CF have now removed the tower crane from the north 12s tower leaving only the south tower crane to complete the south end of the parking garage and 14s tower. They have now poured a small section of ground floor slab for the south tower as well.

Nearly done pouring the ground floor slab for the 14s tower. Have got some of the ground floor walls poured already on the north end.

Backfilling the foundation walls for the townhomes fronting Morgan Ave.

Already have the north end 2nd floor slab and some of the walls and posts now poured on the 14s apartment building. Forming for the south end 2nd floor slab is now underway. Framers are now starting on the townhouses fronting Morgan Ave.

2nd floor slab is now poured and half the 2nd floor walls are also poured with forming up for the remaining 2nd floor walls on the south end of the 14s tower. The framing of the ground floor joists of the townhouses is also well along now and should see the first ground floor wood framed walls going up soon.

2nd floor walls are now poured and forming for 3rd floor slab and walls has started. The townhouses fronting Morgan have now got some of the ground floor walls framed.

Some of the 3rd floor walls are now poured in the 14s south tower now. They have also made progress with the wood framing of the townhouses with all the 1st floor walls now up and some of the 2nd floor walls up as well. Should see the roof trusses and sheating installed by end of Nov.

They have now finished all the 3rd floor walls on the 14s south tower. Appears the first tenants may have now moved in to the 12s north tower now. Although they are still working on some finishes. The townhouses have not made much progress which is surprising given the great weather recently.

Wrapping up the 4th floor walls and have got some of the 5th floor wall forming up on the south end. The townhouses have now got all the roof joists installed and should be sheeted by the end of next week completing the framers job.

They have completed the townhouse roof sheeting install. Should see roofing contractor soon to install the typical "contractor grade" asphalt shingles. aka the cheapest shingles they can find installed directly to the particle board roof sheeting without any roofing paper or weatherproof membrane. Will be interesting to see if they install a higher quality roof or just the basic. They have started pouring the 5th floor slab on the south end of the 14s tower and have forming up for more of the 5th floor walls.

Looks like they have poured some of the 6th floor slab now and have started moving forms up for the 6th floor walls. Also have started installing window units up to the 2nd floor. The row of townhouses has also got the roofing installed and the windows and doors.

The 7th floor slab is now poured on the south end and they have got 7th floor wall forming now up.

Wrapping up the 7th floor now and have started setting up forming for the 8th floor walls. This is now 50% of the way to the 14th floor height. They have also finished up the walls of the parking garage on the west side. Insulation is now installed on the townhouses and should see the exterior finishing starting soon.

Forming for the 8th floor walls progressing now on the south end. They have also installed a concrete pump boom tower for this build which should help alot with future concrete pours.

Forming now up for some of the south end 9th floor walls now as they wrap up the 8th floor on the north end of this 14s rental building. Window and balcony units are now being installed up to the 3rd floor level. Still no signs of the masonry contractor starting on the exterior brick on the townhouse units.

Wrapping up the forming for the 9th floor walls on the north end now and have some of the forming up for the 10th floor on the south end. Still no progress on starting the exterior brick install on the townhouses.
