391 South Street - 23s and 19s (Under Construction)

Looks like we will be losing another tower crane soon. Large mobile crane getting setup beside the north tower which will likely take down the north tower crane in the next few days. Should see most of the current tower cranes in the core removed in the following months leaving only Centro north tower crane and the two cranes on the SOHO project.

The north tower crane was removed today.

Forming now going up for the mechanical penthouse walls on the 23s south tower as the roof slab pour appears to be wrapping up. Sadly there has been no progress installing any of the windows and balcony doors higher then the 6th floor in weeks. They must be having some serious issues with their window and door supplier. Very slow progress with the masonry contractor installing the south side exterior brick on the podium base as well.

Almost done with the pours for the mechanical penthouse walls on the south 23s building. They have also nearly finished the installation of the stone and brick on the south wall of the podium base. They must have got another delivery of glass curtain wall and windows as they have started installing some of the 7th floor now.

Have made good progress on installing the brick exterior on the east wall of the SE corner podium base. Still working on the south tower penthouse roof features and likely still a week or two away from lifting the HVAC chiller unit to the rooftop.
