The 5th floor walls and posts are now nearly completed. Should see the 6th floor precast slabs being installed by end of this week.

Forming and steel rebar started for 7th walls and posts on the south end. The north end now has all the 7th floor slabs installed.

Have started landing some of the 8th floor precast slabs. Could see the 8th floor slabs completed by end of next week.

Some of the 8th floor walls and post forming is now up on the south end. Have started installing the steel wall joists for exterior and interior walls.

Have started landing the 9th floor precast floor slabs. Finishing up the 8th floor walls and posts on the north end. At their current pace should have the 13 floors finished in 12 weeks and mechanical penthouse complete by end of Aug.

Started installing 10th floor precast floor slabs on the south end. Should see 10th floor wall and post forming next week.

First window modules have started being installed. 10th floor wall forming has started.

Nearly done with the 10th floor walls and posts pours now. Also have window modules installed up to the 4th floor. Large delivery of drywall and steel studs today as they are likely already underway installing the interior wall partitions on the lower floors now.

They started landing the 12th floor precast slabs today. Wrapping up the 11th floor wall forming on the north end still.

Already have some of the 12th floor walls poured now. Making progress with building the exterior stud walls and installing window unit modules upto the 5th floor level.

Have started landing the 13th floor precast floor slabs on the south end. The 13th floor walls have some set backs so the the design changes it bit so forming of the 13th floor will likely take longer to complete over the coming weeks.
