Almost done installing the 6th floor steel modular wall units. Could see the roof precast slabs being installed by end of next week and the start of the mechanical penthouse. Still no window units or balcony doors being installed.

Have now landed the concrete roof precast slabs. Should start forming the mechanical penthouse next week.

It was a beautiful sunny day for a walk.

Great to see this 6s building just about topped out.

Nice photos.

They too seem to be having issues getting their window and balcony door units delivered. Medallion hasn't installed any since Dec at their South Street project nor has Drewlo installed any at their 16s Talbot Terrace project since last Nov.

I wonder what the issue is with the factory that makes these window units?

Still no signs of any window or balcony door unit installs. They must be having issues with the supplier to cause this delay.

Really odd to see them installing a metal window frame for the windows without the glass. Usually the entire window unit including the glass is installed these days. Have started on the north end ground floor with these window frames.

They have finally installed the glass into the window frames on the first two floors of this building. No progress yet on the next floors. Very odd strategy on this build.
