They really should not have gone with the pre-fab brick on the second floor and above on Lancaster Ave...that section looks cheap. Rest of the building looks sweet.

also is very visible looking west from JFK, wonder for how long..

I love how all of UCity's new towers are adding to skyline views from the west. TallCoolOne's shot from 36th and Lancaster is awesome.

I like this building's design but the materials hold it back. The glass is great but the paneling part of the tower is not so great. The base along Lancaster Ave is just awful. Had they gone all glass or instead used another material in place of the cheap paneling (perhaps concrete?), it would have turned out much better. From Center City, it looks really good b/c you just see this nice glass tower peeking over 30th St Station.

Nice to see this nearly completed. I walked by the other day. Solid glass. While I don't like the paneling or base on Lancaster (cheap), I think that component doesn't look as bad in person as it photographs.
