I was hoping the Trizec would get reflective panels. Glad it looks like it. Hope more buildings do the same.

What a difference this will make when passing by on Main Street. It's a massive visual upgrade.

The dreadful void that is Winnipeg Square right now will be replaced by a soaring new tower... love it.

rendering shows 39 floors above the podium, plus whatever mechanical stuff they have on the roof.

So, yes.

Another image from Twitter, showing what looks like the new tallest (until SkyCity).

Either 43 or 44 floors depending on how many podium levels there are, but it's almost certain that it will be the new tallest if built as shown. 10 feet a floor on average is all it would take to give it 10 feet up on 201 Portage, and it will likely be a higher average than that given the podium and penthouse levels, plus possibly mechanical at the top. I could see this building being 30-40 feet up on 201 Portage.

Although I guess some might not be thrilled that we'll now have 4 towers around Portage and Main at nearly the same height (Richardson, 360 Main, 201 Portage, 300 Main), I'm not complaining!

Hopefully the bank at the corner is included in the reclad. I'm seeing a splash of brown remaining there in the render. Hopefully I'm wrong.

If I was to guess - I am thinking it will end up around the 450-foot mark.

I saw that too; hopefully just an oversight.

This looks great! We may definitely have a new tallest here, or perhaps a rival to being a new tallest, since SkyCity Centre wants to take that crown.

Still though, this is awesome! Also glad to see 360 Main is getting a reclad, which is sorely needed.

I know it's still early, but anyone know what's going on between the two towers?

The Royal Bank building will be getting a new podium exterior in the next 12 months.

Something doesn't quite add up, the above-podium part of the rendering clearly shows a floor count of 40. The podium is either 3 or 4 depending on floor height.
