it might be just me that thinks this but to me the WTB should be in america. i mean out of any country in the world USA has the most and biggest cities. NYC im pretty sure is the biggest in the world. but also like some others said here a lot of these WTB ideas are ugly.....i hope the design (if this even happens) isnt like the BD where it gets skinnier as it goes up. to me that doesnt look the greatest.....a design like the al burj looks good though.

what also is funny to me is that all these cities and countries are fighting for the WTB while Baltimore is still fighting for a 1000 foot building lol

It gives him and his company their 15 minutes of fame. Even thought he will not build it, the proposal makes his company known.
