From that angle you'll be able to see the roof top pool at Evo, nice shot!

Just a small update, I saw that a small crane has appeared on the grounds of the walnut st. site. Not sure if it is just there to help staging for the chestnut st tower or if it is for moving caissons around for the walnut st tower... I am ashamed that I did not investigate further (only taking a half hour lunch so I can have more study time (taking the PE exam in a few weeks))

It's hard for me sometimes to get a sense of the scale of buildings just from renderings, but seeing it in pictures, you really feel it's gonna make a mark. Thanks for posting, very nice.

This building is exciting, the fact that its at an area where high rises are pretty sparse, for example if this was in center city it would be like the murano. But over the river it stands tall, and dominant.

For the time being. Hopefully that changes in the next 5-10 years. There are a lot of projects west of the river in the 250-325 foot range. They will be spread out, but each will have their own glory for the time being.

The risk of this building is the views from the north and south. It will be sandwich between 2 taller ones.

They're kind of like the gateway to university city.

Had friends recently visit from Phoenix who had never been to the east coast before. Took them down Walnut Street and kind of came out of Center Citys concrete canyon at the Walnut St Bridge. One of my friends says Oh My God here(University City) comes a whole "nother" city bigger than Phoenix. Very impressed with the amount of construction going on.

I love the glass façade that I am seeing for this tower. temporarily will have a nice impact on the skyline and city.

Yes! Or if you are coming in from the west, its a nice build-up to the city.

Yes. The crown will be like adding three more floors to it for a total of 36.
