I almost always hate skyscraper pairs but not this one. Hovey has done an incredible job here.

That view looking up east wacker is amazing. The new blending with the old. If only they would have built Intercontinental North tower that view would be even more sick.

Depending on what the Tribune site developers end up doing, both of these towers could end up being obscured by a likely new tower on the east end of the Tribune site.

this building is coming out great!....Man i wish the height of all buildings proposed where minimum this range...buildings look so much better from streetscape perspective when they surpass 500ft.. atleast the modern ones..

^ the first photo by harry shows an exposed section with a taller floor. That looks to be the top level.
