The whole leaning over toward the side thing is freaking me out. I want to reach out and straighten that column:

Pedestrian - the building is angled on one side (see minesweeper's post #23), so get ready to get freaked out a few more times. This building has more angles than most any that I have seen in the city. If the building starts to tilt like the millennium tower no one realized it!

The renderings or maybe the design makes it hard for me at least to imagine how it's really going to end up looking on the skyline.

The focal tree was installed in the NE corner of the SFTT, and since the first outdoor balcony is about to be installed in Park Tower, I felt this may be a good time to repost the below image. I think with the quick pace of construction the building will be topped out and have most of its curtain wall in place when the park opens next March. The core is up to fl 20.

They are forming the 21st floor of core rebar, and the top of it is the base for the 22nd floor. Park Tower being 43 floors means it is about halfway up now. The next setback is at the 32nd floor, so we have 10 more until then..the first sign will be that the core will probably shrink again. Then just 11 small floors after that and this will be topped out. I am guessing the core & steel will be topped out before the Transbay Park opens at the end of March. Anyone placing bets?

This is going so fast. They are up to floor 5 with glass, 21 with steel, and 25 with the core. The next setback is floor 28, and there are just 15 small floors and the crown after that.

It appears to be 9 floors of steel in six weeks, comparing to timbad's pic at the top of this page. Feel free to extrapolate.
