What are you using to upload your pics? It looks like they're being compressed a bit too much which is reducing their overall quality slightly. Great set nonetheless

I'm using "Imgur' to upload photos, but I believe the quality reduction happen before when I resize the images using "Irfanview" instead Photoshop, Irfanview uses simple calculations to resize images, so there is always a loss of quality. I was too lazy to scale one by one via Photoshop

You should get a flickr account. They're offering 1024 gb for free now and you can choose which size you want to upload ranging from thumbnail size to whatever the original size is. The quality won't be harmed and it's very quick and simple.

IMGUR can automatically resize images, and I think the quality is better than what we are seeing. Its really a shame such wonderful photos having SO MUCH jpeg artifacts!

It really doesn't look that way. South America has pockets like it but it has a very distinct look and vibe. For the better too. I mean, who wants two regions looking exactly alike?

I notice some older skyscrapers to be very 'North American' looking. I've never seen this type of architecture outside of American and Canadian cities, interesting! I'm loving the whole indigenous cultural dances being displayed, for all to see, in the public plazas. I really wish we had this in American cities. To see this kind of show we'd have to go to a reservation. Sao Paulo looks like fun. Beautiful set.

check out threads of old city photos. Porto Alegre, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Rio de Janeiro... they all were quite urbanized and with skyscrapers already btween the late 20s and early 50s.

please, give this thread a look. I posted several old photos of the above cities, in the first half of the 20th century.
