So, will this new tower be visible from the skyline?

It looks too far from the river to be seen from i76.
Just the fact that the Philly skyline is growing in all directions is truly exciting!

You don't seem too familiar with the city- this will be easily visible from 76 just north of 30th street station. It will be easily visible from many vantage points to the east because of the huge void created by the rail yards.

Biked from 30th Street Station to Temple to avoid the pandemonium that has become of rush hour Regional Rail trains. Here is what I found:

The skin/cladding on this is some of the ugliest and cheapest-looking I have ever seen...at least in photos. I hope it somehow looks better in person (haven't checked it out yet) or comes together a little better when the building is completed.
