I find the redevelopment of Kwun Tong town centre a bit sad. The URA is in the business of making money. The redevelopments are not affordable to the original owners, and flat-for-flat exchanges are rare these days.
The exhibition was Hong Kong Eye, featuring contemporary art from 24 local artists :
