ATLANTA | 12th & Midtown Phase II | 487 FT - 34 FLOORS | 392 FT - 32 FLOORS

34-floor office building & 32 floor Loews condo/hotel.





Phase 2: located at 1075 Peachtree Street

It will consist of a 725,000-square-foot Class A office tower, up to 60,000 square feet of flagship retail space and a 400-room luxury hotel topped with 90 signature residences.

The current rumor has the hotel as a "fashion forward" Loews, a new flag in the Atlanta market.

I assume it's the office tower that's 38 stories ? Even if so, if should be at least 550', I should think.

I believe it's right around 500' - apparently the floor count is slightly misleading...

So when is work going to start? I've noticed from the webcam that new offices are in place on the adjacent lot where phase 3 is going.

I keep checking the webcam everyday to see if they've started demolition. Nothing yet.

I think the 30-day period for public comment on the tree removal ends around the end of this month. You'll probably see some activity pretty soon.
