403-413 King St E | 182 m2 | 3 fl | Proposed - stacked lofts

This just came out for utilities approval through my company - hot off the presses!

Looks like they are going to tear down all the buildings around the area that got burned down a few years back and build 23 townhouse units.

Registered owners: Ontario Inc.

Applicant: Michael Barton c/o - MBI Development Consulting Inc.

Frontage: 34m Depth: 45m

Vacant, formerly Low density Residential

Anthony Quattrociocchi is the former owner of this land giving Michael Barton authorization to make the application on his behalf.

This request went though May 18, 2017.

and here is what sits on the site at the moment:

It would appear they are keeping the corner lot and the lone one to the left, as well as the parking lot. Just Yoke group is being torn down.

Not terribly excited about the replacement but that whole block has looked pretty dilapidated since the fire so I guess it's still a positive. Was just hoping for something with a little more density and height for a property right along the LRT route.
