This thread is dedicated to photos of aquarium and zoo buildings and exhibits, with an emphasis on their architecture rather their their inhabitants. Architecture of these specialized facilities includes traditional structures (usually more impressive in aquariums), themed structures (often for geographical interpretation), and landscape structures (such as simulated rock walls for naturalized containment).

It is an additive thread so feel free to post your own photos or others found on the web! It will probably be appreciated if posts clearly label what and where the aquarium or zoo is.
