Wow. The climate control in that is going to have to be on a crazy technological and efficiency level.

It wont be built esspecially in a place like London, maybe in China or the middle east. Even there its a huge long shot, but definately not in the west. The more Radical the design, the less of a chance to make it a reality.

The Shard had a hard enough time to get approval and people to this day (some) do not like it because it breaks the character that is London. Something like this won't fly. Maybe Dubai but I doubt London.

The Nimbys are going to have a field day with this. I can hear the the warchant from NJ.

Doesn't look structurally feasible, at least the way it's rendered. If actually built, it would never feel this open. There would have to be some pretty intense structural concrete going through it that's just not reflected here.

SSC has moved this project to its visionary section, I'm guessing that's where this one should go too.

While I like the project in theory, it definitely needs a redesign. I wouldn't be surprised if it undergoes that. It has potential, but aesthetically, this does not fit in London. For now, I would say that this is very tentative and not to be taken seriously.

This might be the most unrealistic proposal I've ever seen. Is it April 1 already?
