Yonge & Bloor pic by dt_toronto_geek at UT, of Casa (left) will be 47 storeys, with about 15more to go, and its sister building, Bloor Street Neighbourhood (right), topped out at 32 storeys..

I can't believe that thing has 15 more floors to go......it's already stunningly beautiful. - It's like a crystal in a sea of concrete...and you know, I didn't really have high expectations for this condo.

I think it's turning out better than Murano......

Menkes Developments Inc. began the 30-storey tower with a five-level podium in September 2006 and completion has been scheduled for September 2009. Allow me to interupt all the Toronto pictures with an update shot from arriVa 42 here in Calgary. Picture taken on March 2nd by me:

They appear to have focused in the last month and a bit on getting the entire underground parking up to grade. From that point I believe we'll start to see the entire podium for both remaining towers get built up, with arriVa 42 rising vertically after that.
