Agreed, hopefully whatever retail they end up putting in will help animate that section of Yonge as well. It's a bit of a dead zone at that spot right now compared to north of Shuter.

Cal, I remember you saying how these are going to look too much like One Bloor, but I don't think that will be the case... these are more skinny and the balcony pattern is much more angular, geometric, where One Bloor is more organic and flowing...
