It's a great indicator! They're still working their way up and it's fun to watch the progress. I can recall the moment, around July 4, when they made it to the amenity deck on 34 and it and much of the below was on while everything above was dark. Really excited for these long UC towers to deliver and for all the new homes, jobs, urbanity to replace these long dead spaces.
Still anxious about the evening lighting. Hope they don't skimp there, that would be bad. Hopefully Aspen Heights wants this building to be a legacy tower that they can remain proud of and aren't just worried about exiting the deal.
