I couldn't resist mocking-up a MS Paint version of what this will approximately look like once completed (wild Saturday night, huh?). Even if this is a slight over-exaggeration, this thing is going to look massive.

Great find of above IG poster. Some of those angles are unrealistic in real life, but because of a drone, we have that angle and perspective of the buildings and background. Love it.

Yes, eventually! 3101 Market, the tallest tower in the Schuylkill Yards project, is expected to be 70 floors and 1,095 feet tall:

Transit Terminal Tower, the tallest tower in the 30th Street District Master Plan, is expected to be 85 floors and 1,200 feet tall:

Schuylkill Yards tower should happen in the next 5-7 years. Transit Terminal Tower won't happen for at least 10-15 years though.
